Dr. Rajeshwari Shukla is a senior Consultant Pediatrician and Neonatologist with over 12 years of experience in comprehensive pediatric and neonatal care. She holds an MBBS and Diploma in Child Health (DCH) from Mumbai, a DNB in Pediatrics from the National Board, Delhi, and is Basic Palliative Care Medicine (BCCPM) certified from Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. Her academic journey is marked by excellence, having secured 1st rank in the University during her DCH training.

Her journey in Pediatric and Neonatal Medicine has always been guided by a strong belief in evidence-based, patient-centric care rather than blanket treatment protocols. Dr. Rajeshwari emphasizes clear communication, ethical decision-making, and psychological support for families, especially during critical and emotionally challenging phases. She follows scientific protocols while ensuring that every child’s care plan is individualized and thoughtfully designed.

Dr. Rajeshwari has extensive experience in Level 3 NICU care, with special expertise in neonatal ventilation and advanced respiratory support, including High Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation (HFOV). She has managed extremely preterm infants, with the smallest baby under her care being 27 weeks gestation with a birth weight of 750 grams. Her clinical experience includes management of PPHN using HFOV and Nitrogen gas, severe neonatal sepsis, respiratory distress, cardiac conditions such as PDA, and other systemic neonatal illnesses. She is also actively involved in well baby follow-ups, developmental assessment clinics, lactation guidance, and counselling for new mothers.

Alongside neonatal care, she has vast experience in general pediatrics and Level 2 PICU care, offering protocol-driven and evidence-based treatment. Her pediatric expertise includes management of severe community-acquired pneumonia (including surgical cases), asthma, pediatric infections, shock management, behavioral issues, and routine childhood illnesses. She also guides parents through parenting concerns and child behavioral challenges, ensuring a holistic approach to child health.

Preventive care forms an important part of her practice. Dr. Rajeshwari provides comprehensive vaccination counselling, helps parents make informed decisions, and offers guidance on post-vaccination care, routine immunizations, and well-baby clinics.

She is currently associated with multiple reputed healthcare institutions, including Rainbowlife Hospital, Dhokali; Infinity Prime Hospital, Manpada (IPD); Infinity Medisurge Hospital, Majiwada (OPD); Little Fern NICU at Horizon Prime Hospital, Ghodbunder Road; and MRR Children’s Hospital, Vartak Nagar.
